Black Belt certification
in Lean 6 Sigma

Those who are certified as a Black Belt in Lean 6 Sigma have advanced knowledge of the tools that make up the improvement projects and the path to carry out continuous improvement and innovation with Lean Six Sigma. The Black Belt is able to manage more complex and challenging projects.
If that's your case, in most cases you will either lead a more complex improvement project or lead project programs with Green Belts. Experienced Black Belts can also train Yellow Belts and Green Belts.
In the Black Belt certification, the mindset concepts for improvement and innovation are deeply understood, as well as the steps and components of a 6 Sigma project. The notions of how to organize your resources and improvement projects from generation, selection, scope adjustment and evaluation are also well learned. In addition, you will learn how to apply and exercise important concepts of Lean 6 Sigma tools, for process mapping and for the understanding of waste and variation, advanced planning of experiments (services and/or manufacturing), advanced notions of graphs and indicators as well as the interpretation and use of this information to implement actions with results for your organization.
If you want to develop big continuous improvement projects with relevant financial benefits for your organization and for yourself, develop a team of Green Belts and/or obtain a certification required by many organizations, do not hesitate on registering for this course!
Come get certified with Focus! Focus has developed a dynamic course with complete analysis of several other available and exclusive courses so that you not only have more content, but that you can apply it with property and relevant results.
