Learn about Lean Six Sigma approaches to developing new technologies or products: Technology Development for Six Sigma (TDFSS) and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), also known as Technology Development for Lean Six Sigma (TDFLSS) and Design for Lean Six Sigma (DFLSS).

 

With certification in (T)DFSS you will learn how tools for understanding data, planning projects for improvement/innovation, generating new concepts and experimentation can accelerate development and generate more robust products / services.

Target Audience

Green Belts that develop or participate in innovation projects or wish to delve into Voice of the Customer translation tools for specifications / goals / indicators, development of new products / services, robust designs and / or reliability.

Methodology

26 hours workload.

  • Course with certificate;

  • 16 hours in person; 

  • 10 extra class hours (exercises and assessment);

  • Minimum grade of 7.0 to obtain the certificate;

  • The candidate will have up to 3 (three) months after the end of the course to carry out the assessment, at no additional cost .
