Target Audience
Green Belts that develop or participate in innovation projects or wish to delve into Voice of the Customer translation tools for specifications / goals / indicators, development of new products / services, robust designs and / or reliability.
Methodology
26 hours workload.
Course with certificate;
16 hours in person;
10 extra class hours (exercises and assessment);
Minimum grade of 7.0 to obtain the certificate;
The candidate will have up to 3 (three) months after the end of the course to carry out the assessment, at no additional cost .
