Green Belt certification
in Lean 6 Sigma

Home
Those who are certified as a Green Belt in Lean 6 Sigma have general knowledge of the main tools that make up the improvement projects and the path to carry out continuous improvement. Most 6 Sigma projects can usually be done with knowledge acquired by a Green Belt.
If this is your case, in most situations you will either lead a medium complexity improvement project or lead projects that make up a program of projects led by a Black Belt. In complex projects, a Black Belt needs a qualified team of Green Belts for its proper development.
In Green Belt certification, the concepts of improvement mindset are understood in a practical way, in addition to the steps and components of a 6 Sigma project. The notions of how to organize both your resources and improvement projects from generation, selection, scope adjustment and evaluation are also well learned. In addition, you will learn how to apply and exercise important concepts of classic Lean 6 Sigma tools, for process mapping and for the understanding of waste and variation, experiments planning (service and/or manufacturing), practical notions of graphs and indicators for the interpretation and use of this information to implement actions with relevant results for your organization.
If you want to develop continuous improvement projects with financial benefits for your organization and for yourself, participate in large projects and/or obtain a certification required by many organizations, register for this course!
Come and get certified with Focus! Focus courses are modular. If you decide to certify as a Black Belt later, you can do it with us!
Professionals, leaders or not, who seek general knowledge regarding Lean 6 Sigma methodology to execute medium complexity improvement projects, participate as team members in complex continuous improvement / innovation projects and/or pursue the learning path for the Black Belt certification
